My Source and Mop
If you're looking to clean up mess fast then a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops in my tests are top-quality in navigation and mapping and are able to pick up Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.
You can also schedule cleaning chores with an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum combo. It is equipped with the latest features. This high-end model is incredibly quick and agile it can remove debris such as pet hair and human hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It has a sleek app interface that includes an interactive map of your home and buttons on the screen for manual control.
The S8's Dirt-Detection Technology allows it to adjust the cleaning mode according to the amount of dirt. It will stop and wash its mopping pad more frequently when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas to be mopped with a damp pad.
The mop roller has many other smart features, including docks that can be connected to your home's plumbing system to clean and wash it without having to refill the mop. You can even use voice commands to control the S8's built-in voice assistant using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular controls with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands free robot vacuum that also has mopping capabilities. It's among the many combo robot vacuums with mopping features that are also offered at a lower price than the competition.

Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work to get started, including creating an account on the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've done this, the robot will start vacuuming and mops effortlessly.
It is important to note that the mapping process can take quite a while, and it may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate image of your space. The object detection is also an issue that is hit-and-miss. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles but it was stuck on a rug with tassels and had to flip over to free itself. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who want an all-in-one solution for cleaning.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubbers. This results in floors being cleaned, not just being swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an absolute game changer that can reach places even robot vacuums can't.
This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional features that are smart. The RGBD sensor upgrade can learn your home's surroundings and provide the ability to avoid obstacles in a dynamic manner. The smart app allows you to modify a range of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging station at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins, and place the debris into bags that self-seal. This keeps the system tidy and stops allergens from circulating. The battery life is long enough to clean large areas without needing an additional charge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop that offers impressive features at a reasonable price. It features powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets and a great obstacle avoidance. It also boasts a unique mopping method, which utilizes a continuous roller filled with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.
Its navigation technology was effective and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing and avoiding steps. It struggled with fine debris and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating sound level is also very high, which means this model might not be as simple to set and forget as others.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with a docking system that allows it to refill its clean water, empty the dustbin, dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in an ongoing basis. Eufy's app lets you manage all the functions. It gives an easy overview and a variety of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot vacuums/mowers available, and it offers impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with decent accuracy. The app lets users fine-tune the map coverage, set up no-go zones, and even customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which can be an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that rotate at 180 RPM and apply upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system also incorporates smart carpet detection, lifting these pads upwards when they're close to soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating them with.
The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free maintenance centre that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station also has integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins every time they need to be cleaned.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8, this robot does a bang-up job at keeping my home office spotless and also take on the corners of my tight apartment. It uses a laser mapping and camera to create a 3D-map of your home, so it can know what to stay clear of. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not the poop), unlike many vacuums.
It also comes with other notable features, like an automatic emptying dust bin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach places that other mops can't reach. You can also customize the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.
Like the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to save time. It's a great choice if you have a mix of flooring in your home but don't want to spend the money to buy a Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great option. It comes with a variety of features such as a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's extremely quiet and can move between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's not able to pick up knotted rug tassels and its battery drains more quickly than other models in our tests.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerful unit that offers a powerful suction and convenient automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It didn't score quite as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the much more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra, but it still did very well overall. It also offers a range of cleaning modes to meet your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for lightweight debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' option for carpeted rooms. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used even in small areas. It's very quiet and fast and does a good job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It's also excellent at removing pet hair from carpets.
It's smaller than the majority of its competitors, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a good amount of suction power and it is able to take photos of every object it picks up (i.e. chew toys or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure, and are not tied to your account.
It's great at vacuuming, but not so great at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that are clipped to the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mophead.
